Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products being wearable (such as jewelry, hijabs, scarves, and prayer items), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to hygiene reasons, or if the product has been worn, opened, or handled.

Returns for Damaged or Faulty Products:

We take utmost care in packing and quality-checking every item. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please follow the steps below:

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item

  • Provide clear photo evidence of the damage/fault

  • Ensure the item is unused and in original packaging

Once approved, we will offer you:

  • A full refund

  • Or a replacement item, if stock is available

Order Changes & Cancellations
Please note that we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
